We're looking for a Commercial Operations Lead to join our team in London as part of our Money 20/20 brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Commercial Product Strategy Team to advise on opportunities, costings and operational considerations for bespoke sponsorships for growth account sponsors.
  • Develop good solid on-going relationships with sponsors.
  • Develop and maintain processes and ways of working to ensure efficient and effective delivery of all growth account sponsorships. This will include supplier liaison, working with the Money20/20 marketing team, content team and building a strong working relationship with the Money20/20 commercial and product strategy teams.
  • Work alongside the Commercial Operations Lead for each show to manage the growth account execution costs within the overall commercial operations budget and provide weekly updates to the finance team.
  • Main point of contact for growth accounts commercial team throughout show cycle and onsite.
  • Manage the delivery of growth account sponsored features and activations from RFP tender process through to onsite build liaising with the commercial and event operations leads on where these impacts the wider show.
  • Support the Commercial Operations Leads on specific projects in the run up and on site, where necessary.
  • You are an advocate and ally for diversity, equity and inclusion.
