We're looking for a Digital Marketing Apprentice to join our team in London as part of our Marketing function.

Your Role:  WARC is looking for a Digital Marketing Apprentice to join a dynamic, global B2B marketing team. This is an exciting role where you get to meet and work with people who are passionate about effective marketing, and the agencies and brands behind it.

In this role you will help build WARC’s brand fame by improving our presence on social media. The focus will be on growing our followers and engagements across all social channels, with a particular focus on LinkedIn. You will also play a critical role in promoting our podcast series and growing the number of listeners.

As part of this role you will undertake a 15 month Level 3 Apprenticeship programme in Digital Marketing.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Track and report WARCs performance on social media on a weekly basis to the Marketing Team and monthly to the WARC Exec

  • Review competitor activity on social media and highlight news or successful posts as part of the weekly social media reporting

  • Proactively manage the podcast plan with the Content Team, including monthly performance reporting

  • Create creative assets using Canva for social media posts as well as our podcasts

  • Support the launch of marketing campaigns by monitoring and analysing data to determine the effectiveness of the campaigns (with a particular focus on social media)

  • Work closely with stakeholders to help create and deliver effective and creative campaigns

  • You are an advocate and ally for diversity, equity and inclusion
