Role overview

Finance Analyst to work in our FP&A function, supporting the Commission & Commercial analyst. The role will include producing monthly commission statements for Sales Heads within the business, ensuring management sign off,  liaising with the payroll team to ensure payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner. The role will also support the FP&A director, Finance team & CFO on ad-hoc analysis.

Key accountabilities

  • Support the month end commission process including actuals & forecasting
  • Collaborate with sales team on resolving commission related issues
  • Contribute towards varied aspects of commission process
  • Maintain accurate periodic records of commissions
  • Support/ create insightful analysis of commissionable sales performance at individual and team levels
  • Support the preparation of monthly financial report packs
  • Ad-hoc analysis and support to the FP&A Director, Finance team & CFO

Skills, experience & qualifications required

  • Experienced in business finance or other relevant experience is desirable
  • CIMA or similar qualification or studying towards a qualification
