We're looking for a Global Account Director to join our team in either Boston - USA or London - UK as part of our sales function.


Key Responsibilities 

  •  Develop and foster C-level contacts and achieve a ‘trusted advisor’ status within book of business accounts.

  • Forecasting and pipeline management to drive sales performance.

  • Identify and drive growth opportunities across product offerings and consultancy.

  • Develop and nurture deep relationships with enterprise accounts to increase the probability of being selected as the preferred supplier and partner.

  • Lead, manage and execute pitches and proposals.

  • Recommend sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analysis.

  • Leverage relationships to identify trends and needs of the market and provide feedback to the product team to support continued investment and business diversification.

  • Partner with the marketing & sales enablement team, to develop and implement strategies to support the growth of enterprise accounts.

  • Establish and maintain horizontal and vertical relationship with enterprise accounts including C-suite, procurement, decision makers and influencers.

Your Experience

  • Proficient in English Language.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Sales, Marketing or related area or 10+ years equivalent experience.

  • Ideally 10+ years of target driven Sales and/or Business Development.

  • Performance focused with proven sales track record.

  • Be a team player able to lead the team across various simultaneous work streams to execute client deliveries.

  • Strong business acumen, problem solving & analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Results driven with strong customer focus.

  • Must have proven experience in liaising, managing, presenting and influencing at Sr level.

  • Exceptional integrator and operator who gets stuff done and manage multiple stakeholders.

  • Flexible and adaptable in fast changing environments.

  • Salesforce based CRM experience a plus.

  • Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google suite.

  • A self-starter, not waiting to be told what needs doing.

  • Proven negotiation skills with persistency and tenacity.
