We're looking for a Head of Content Operations to join our team in London as part of our Money20/20 function.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop the Content Operations team to ensure efficient and creative delivery of the Money20/20 content program and community building events, ensuring that this is in line with the strategy and long term thinking for the business
  • Responsible for ensuring the correct content planning tools, technology and operational processes, such as speaker portal, briefing documents, run of show planning, are in place across all events to efficiently support the ambitious growth and development of the Money20/20 content strategy
  • Oversee budget forecasts, budget tracking and reconciliation in conjunction with Content Operations Lead
  • Maintain industry knowledge and stay current on industry trends, providing innovative ideas and creative event solutions
  • Point of escalation for the relationship between the content operations team and internal departments such as, but not limited to, content, marketing, finance and product
  • Point of escalation for Content Operations team across Money20/20 shows for onsite execution and vendor management

 

Your Experience

  • Proven large-scale international event experience, essential
  • Working knowledge of Audio Visual and technical terminology and practices
  • Strong planning, prioritisation and implementation skills with focus on detail
  • Negotiation and financial/budget management skills
  • Ability to work in a high-performing, fast paced environment
  • Works well within a team
  • Self-motivated, accountable and sets own goals
  • Good communications skills and great customer service
