We're looking for a Head of Digital Delivery to join our team in London as part of our Marketing function.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing Performance & Automation (MPA,) the Head of Digital Delivery will be a key leadership role in the MPA team. This role will be the conduit between Marketing, Product, our Brand Marketing leaders and Technology for key initiatives. The Head of Digital Delivery will work closely with the VP of MPA, and Head of Automated Experiences to design and size the Marketing Product roadmap as well as manage delivery for major brand initiatives & team resource management. 

Inclusive, but not limited to:

● ACMP implementation

● MarTech stack evolution

● Ways of working with product, brands, design and content

● Implementing and champion a derivative of the AGILE methodology

● Managing UX and CX resources

● Managing Front End and Full Stack Dev resources

● Resource management of the team using the MRM system, Hive

Key Responsibilities 

  • Accountable for the delivery of the MA stream of ACMP, delivering in line with budget and timeline expectations, escalating any risks or blockers

  • Resource management for the MPA team via Hive. Highlighting any resource gaps or drops in utilisation

  • Budgetary management of relevant area, highlighting any spikes where we have to resource up

  • Point of hand-off to the central product teams, Technology, brand teams ensuring outputs to the highest possible standards

  • Co-ownership of Marketing product roadmap, and on-going prioritisation in line with team objectives

  • Lead Marketing product planning sessions and ways of working sessions

  • Working with SMEs to develop templated briefs/requirements documents

  • Lead MPA stand-ups, sprint planning and showcases

Your Experience

  • Significant experience in digital delivery in a multi brand/multi product environment

  • Previous experience of having led Martech and significant development programmes

  • Background in digital solution design and web development

  • Comfortable with Business Analysis and Solution Design

  • Technical understanding of MA, CRM, SEO, CDNs, Content Management Systems, Google Analytics,Page build best practices

  • Previous management experience of a team of SMEs

  • Agile & Waterfall experience would be beneficial

  • Use of workflow management and ticketing systems would be beneficial
