Role overview:

  • Working closely with the VP, People Services and NAM VP of People & Operations, to implement HR change management strategies, and simplified people processes.

  • Scope and implement roadmap to align change strategies with people processes within each business unit

  • Help to embed the new processes and change in HR operations to drive a speedy and successful adoption and implementation whilst helping to minimise any disruptions to the business. 

  • Lead on the design and delivery of training programs to support change

  • Support wider HR Team with change programmes during business transformation.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Review and scope future requirements for HRIS solution and optimise existing solutions, by a full assessment in areas of HCM, Absence Management, Talent & Recruiting and Security by gathering requirements, designing, delivering, to support business transformation.
  • Help facilitate working sessions with users to gather, understand, and analyse business and HR requirements globally.

  • To lead the effective implementation of change management initiatives, including TUPE/acquisitions and business transformation projects, minimising ER impacts.

  • Support with M&A due diligence and integration programmes where required

  • Advise and coach HR teams and managers through a range of employee relations issues including disciplinary, grievance, performance and global mobility

  • Create and contribute to Policy and Process development to ensure HR processes and practices are fully compliant with legal and regulatory frameworks. 

  • Analyse the effectiveness of HR operations, business processes and employment contracts, policies and make recommendations/updates where required.

Skills, experience & qualifications required:

  • 5+ years solid HR experience

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and enjoys working in a fast paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Effective leadership skills 

  • Change management experience including managing TUPE processes

  • Project management skills

  • Experience of implementing new systems, workflows/processes and procedures

  • Global HR knowledge
