  • Review, advise and work on removing biases from our existing and new internal systems and processes

  • Providing data driven research and industry benchmarking that will help Ascential I&E deliver an innovative and progressive approach to IDB.

  • Work with People & Culture team to improve the completeness of diversity demographic data to help drive data driven approaches and decision making.

  • Partner with internal communications team and employee groups to regularly organise and communicate internal and external DIB initiatives, events and progress

  • Identifying potential risks for the business and mitigating against those risks - working closely with your colleagues across the People  & Culture team to ensure our workplace, policies and procedures are all inclusive

  • Support the Head of Employee Experience & Culture and People Business Partners as required

  • This list is not exhaustive and there may be other activities you are required to deliver.

Your Experience

  • Proven track record of delivering on diversity and inclusion initiatives, with evidence of success and ROI

  • A good understanding of how to add value and demonstrate this value within an organisation

  • Demonstrable experience of working with senior management on a range of diversity and inclusion initiatives

  • Data driven and able to use this in decision making and reporting

  • Excellent project management skills

  • Willingness to get involved and work at all levels, leveraging support from the wider team
