We're looking for an Interim EMEA HR Operations Lead (6-month contract) to join our team in London as part of our Human Resources function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all HR Operations processes for the corporate business. 
  • Manage the HR Consultants on their day to day activities to provide an excellent service to our employees and managers and ensuring SLAs are met
  • Coach and develop the EMEA team including running 1-2-1, team development sessions and ways of working
  • Be hands on when needed, occasionally you may need to step in and support the team
  • Oversee all transactional HR Operations services of end-to-end employee lifecycle (starters, leaver, changes, family friendly) for all locations across EMEA and partner with payroll teams around payroll processing.
  • Work in partnership with the Workday Technical team to make improvements/changes to HR and business process as required.
  • Support Onboarding processes. 
  • Proactively streamline processes and systems to improve ways of working, sharing recommendations with North America and APAC colleagues to ensure one global process. 
  • Maintains effective relationships and partner with the HR Business Partners and the HR Operations Consultants/Advisor to ensure key employee relations services (family friendly, performance and disciplinary) are managed and supported as required. 
  • Ensure compliance of temporary workers process (freelancers) globally including supporting the implementation of new processes/systems. 
  • Review and update intranet information and guidance relating to HR Operations processes to ensure they support and are communicated accurately. 
  • Keeping abreast with EMEA legislation updates and requirements. 
  • Drafting global policy revisions and guidance, consulting Head of HR Operations/VP People Services, global HR operations team and HRBP teams as required to implement.
  • Support or Lead on HR Operations Projects as required. 
  • Manage Global Mobility reporting and partner with HR Ops/HRBPs on cases and liaison contact for external third-party partners as required. 

Your Experience

  • Ideally CIPD qualified or equivalent or working towards this with a strong background in HR Operations
  • HR experience, ideally within a multi-international global company.
  • In-depth understanding of employment regulations in the UK and understanding of EMEA. 
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all situations.
  • A skilled communicator, you’ll be experienced at explaining HR policies and procedures and have the ability to build strong working relationships.
  • Positive attitude, resiliency, and the ability to produce high quality and volume at a fast pace.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to maintain flexibility to take on additional responsibilities, as needed.
  • Working knowledge with HRIS ideally Workday.
  • Strong people management skills, be able to lead a team and get the best out of people. Leading by example Proficiency level in MS Office and Google Docs.  ​​​​​​​
