We're looking for a Project Manager - Growth Accounts to join our team in London/New York as part of our Events function.

The Project Manager for the Growth Accounts will be responsible for managing post-sale delivery of the solutions of the growth accounts. The Growth Accounts are the largest clients in the Money20/20 portfolio and the project manager will form part of the team to ensure we deliver best in class service to these customers to ensure they return year after year to our shows. As a core Money20/20 strategy we are focused on delivering industry leading service, solutions and support to our largest clients to create long term, sustainable relationships where our clients grow with Money20/20.

The Project Manager will coordinate with the Internal stakeholders (Global Account Manager, Operations, Marketing, Content and Finance) to ensure that we deliver our solutions for the clients. Our growth accounts comprise of the largest clients at Money20/20 and solutions range from turnkey booth space to bespoke show floor and content solutions and networking/party events

Key Responsibilities 

  • Act at the main point of contact to bring together all internal stakeholders and the client to ensure successful delivery of product/solutions
  • The main product/solutions of focus will be turn key stand builds, bespoke stand builds, content led inventory, and networking events/parties
  • The project manager will coordinate with our registration teams to ensure we have visibility of the delegate volumes and detail to help us build our relationships
  • The project manager will support the global account manager at the presale stage to help define bespoke products. This will involve joining client calls/meetings and playing an instrumental role in the solution design through coordination with operations, event directors and external suppliers
  • As the project manager, the role will track and coordinate all internal approvals, e.g. for product code creations in and management approvals for the circulation of delegate information to clients
  • The project manager, when content is part of the solution (speaking, roundtables, summits), will coordinate with the content teams to ensure we deliver
  • Creating and managing project plans, hosting internal meetings and managing the actions and execution of the projects will be key to success. 

Your Experience

  • Project Management experience in the delivery of events solutions 
  • Experience working with clients and sales teams
  • Participation/lead in client calls
  • knowledge experience of events operations 
  • Experience of supporting/creating client proposals 
  • Knowledge or interest in Financial services, FinTech and payments is an advantage 
  • Degree qualified
