We're looking for a Sound Designer, Ascential Podcasts to join our team in London as part of our Content function.

Ascential is looking for an experienced podcast sound designer to create market-leading podcasts around our key business subject matters - initially focusing on digital commerce and consumer trend forecasts. The successful applicant must have a track record in creating and delivering beautifully sound designed podcasts or radio programmes.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Ascential is looking for an experienced sound designer to develop market-leading podcasts around our key business subject matters -initially focusing on digital commerce and consumer trend forecasts.
  • The role will sit in Ascential’s new Podcasts Special Projects team which is being created to focus on making two outstanding weekly podcasts in2022; one addressing digital commerce and the other Consumer Trends.
  • Ascential is a global business and our podcasts must reflect this, while also adhering to our commitments to diversity and inclusion.

Your Experience

  • We are looking for a proven / rising talent who is able to deliver beautiful and highly engaging sound for podcasts / radio. We are not looking for someone to make good, professional podcasts, we want to make two outstanding podcasts that showcase and build Ascential's reputations in our fields.
  • The role will require creativity and high levels of technical capability. Ideally, we want to be winning awards for our sound.
