Salary Range: $70,000-$90,000

We're looking for a Marketing Manager - Sponsorship to join our team in New York as part of our Marketing  function.

Your Role: You will have an opportunity to directly impact Money20/20’s success by enabling the sales team to maximise customer acquisition, conversion and retention. You will closely collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to understand customer needs and generate high-quality and meaningful marketing content, and continuously measure and improve the impact of your work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of SPEX Marketing (global) across a full range of marketing activities for the purpose of sales acquisition including a focus on leading email marketing campaigns from copywriting, briefing, project management, segmentation and automation, through to analytics.
  • As a critical member of the team, you’ll be in charge of building and executing local marketing plans and supporting the delivery of global marketing campaigns.
  • Lead website management, landing page development and marketing asset creation to continuously improve website performance, SEO and UX.
  • Produce briefs for marketing creatives, designed for unique channels and sales needs.
  • Support with the development of high quality, impactful marketing assets and content that exceed Sales’ needs, including pitch decks, 1-pagers, case studies and more.
  • Assist with the review of channel performance reporting.
  • Bring new campaign ideas to team marketing meetings for internal discussions and campaign input.
  • Travel to events and act as point of contact for email and comms campaign management onsite.
  • Support sponsor driven global Money20/20 campaign initiatives, including promotion of content for the purpose of engagement, lead generation and acquisition.
     

Your Experience

  • Strong marketing experience with a passion for campaign management and storytelling
  • Excellent copywriting skills with ability to adapt to brand tone of voice
  • History of developing and delivering effective sales led campaigns
  • Experience event marketing specifically working with sales teams
  • Detail-oriented and analytical
  • Proactive and organised
  • A collaborative team player with good interpersonal skills
  • You have a track record of successful marketing campaigns, big or small, that have impacted customers in a positive way
  • Experience with marketing technology (Marketo - or similar CMS)
  • Able to work at pace and the often busy nature that comes with live events
